Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Whitehorse

8:30 am – 8:30 pm
Welcome to Whitehorse
Upon arrival at the Whitehorse Airport, a tour representative will be waiting for you. He/she will be holding a sign with your name. The available schedule for airport pick up is from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
Afterwards, you get the transfer to your hotel in downtown Whitehorse. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, banks and shops. We will have an introductory meeting. You will also have time to try on winter clothes (optional in case of renting them), go shopping and dine on your own.

First night of northern lights hunting
At 10 pm, we will go outside to see the auroras. A cozy cabin in the middle of nature awaits us. With hot drinks and snacks we look forward to this magical show. We will have a campfire ready to spend the time together. We return to the hotel around 2:30 am.

Day 2: Whitehorse City Tour
Stop At: Whitehorse, Whitehorse, Yukon
10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Whitehorse City Tour
At 10 am we will pick you up at the hotel to start the city tour. You will get to see the train station of the White Pass and Yukon Route. We will also visit the following places: Log Skyscraper, Log Church, Sternwheeler SS Klondike, Fish ladder and Schwatka Lake.

10:00 pm – 3:00 am
Northern lights hunting
At 10 pm we depart to see the magical auroras. Again, in a cabin with heating and in the middle of amazing landscapes, we will admire the northern lights. We will give you hot drinks and snacks. We return to the hotel around 3 am.

Day 3: Wild Preserve of Yukon- Takhini Hot Springs
Stop At: Takhini Hotspring, Takhini Hotspring, Yukon
10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wild Preserve of Yukon- Takhini Hot Springs
At 10 am we will pick you up at the hotel and depart from Whitehorse, driving approximately 30 km to the nature reserve of Yukon. We will have an excellent walk and guided tour with great opportunities to see and photograph wildlife in their natural habitat. Afterwards, we will visit the thermal waters of Takhini**. We relax in the hot pools and enjoy the winter landscape.
**During the Sep. 2020 to April 2021 season, the hot springs will not be available for maintenance, therefore the rest of the day after Yukon Park will be free time, as compensation a free dinner voucher will be awarded in one of the participating restaurants.

Northern lights hunting
At 10 pm we leave to hunt the auroras. Again, in a cabin with heating and in the middle of amazing landscapes, we will admire the amazing northern light. We will provide hot drinks and snacks. We return to the hotel around 3 am.

Day 4: Free day- Optional activity

Last night of northern lights
At 10 pm we depart from the hotel on this last night to see the auroras. In a cabin with heating and in the middle of amazing landscapes, we will wait for the magical lights to appear. Meanwhile, enjoy hot drinks and snacks. We return to the hotel around 3 am.

Day 5: Check out- Whitehorse Airport
