Itinerary

Do you need get away from the bustle of the city? This tour is a good introduction to British Columbia’s coastal forests: western red cedar, arbutus and imposing Douglas-fir are a few of the characteristically West Coast species to see. Many of the trees in the park are over 100 years old. The air feels plump as it is laden with moisture. This is a habitat that defines rest. Our nature walk leads us through this ecosystem and is truly a blessing for body and soul. For those with limited time the tour offers an awe inspiring experience that is within easy reach of Vancouver.

Type of activity: Private Interpretive Walk, easy, no previous hiking experience is required.
Trail: approx. 4 km, 2 hrs.+ , max. Elev. 50 m

Clothing: Please wear layered clothing. We recommend that you wear trail running or hiking shoes. Soles with good tread can grab on to uneven terrain and slippery surfaces.
A waterproof outer layer is also highly recommended in the event of rain.
Bring along water, your face mask and hand sanitizer.
