Longliner Seafoods, run by the Moorehead family, is one of the original tenants of the Granville Island Public Market. Headed by proprietor and sakemaker Masa Shiroki, Artisan Sake Maker is the first boutique premium sake winery in Canada. Since 2001, Oyama Sausage Co. has been selling its artisanal pâtés, salamis, hams, prosciuttos, and sausages in the Public Market to the delight of locals and visitors alike. Over the years, Oyama’s talented team of sausage-makers have produced over 400 different products, many of which are made with exotic and free range meats.
