Join us for a snowshoe tour at sunset followed by an outdoor 3 course meal in the Apex Resort area. The 3-course dinner is prepared by local chef Pierre Gerome from Origin Catering and will be served around bonfires areas with wine and liqueur. Shuttle to and from Penticton is included.
