Nipissing District Trip Overview
If you like bird watching and hiking this is the perfect tour. We meet early to have the best chances for successful observation. We fuel you up with gourmet pastries from Henrietta’s Pine Bakery. HD binoculars are provided to each participant.
Our guide on this program is a five year company veteran who is an accomplished amateur ornithologist. Since he grew up locally, and spends all his free time birding, he is the best way to learn about the 270+ birds that inhabit Algonquin Park.
You will meet your guide at west gate entrance of Algonquin for 6:20am. Trail options (easy – challenging) will be discussed and you will follow the guide to the chosen destination. Tour runs 7-10am.
Up to 4 participants are included in base price. Additional participants (9 max.) are possible @ $59CAD, plus tax. Contact us to arrange after booking. Age 8+.
