- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Minimum age is 13 years and all children aged between 13 and 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.
- Children aged 16 to 17 years old may go on the hike without an adult, but a parent must meet the guide in the morning to sign a waiver.
- Please be prepared for the mountain weather, it changes quickly. To ensure that you enjoy the day, please wear/bring: lightweight hiking pants, a breathable shirt (not cotton!), a warm layer (like a fleece jacket, a waterproof jacket, a hat and sunglasses, hiking shoes (sturdy, ideally waterproof or water resistant hiking boots or shoes – trainers or runners are okay, but boots are better), a small backpack, a water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray and your camera.

DIRECTIONS
• You must be ready 5 minutes before the 7:42am pick-up time.
• The pick up location will be the public bus parking located behind the Mount Royal Hotel at 138 Banff Ave.
• Hotel pick-up from select Banff hotels is available but you must call to schedule this ahead of time. Transportation will not go to hotels without prior scheduling and confirmation.
• All guests should refer to their booking confirmation found in their traveler message centre. If you have any questions surrounding the pick up location please call us at 1-877-565-9372.
• Packed lunch is included. Please contact us at 1-877-565-9372 to confirm your lunch. If we do not hear from guests, the lunch will be defaulted to a veggie wrap.
