We start the day at our meeting point, the Hotel & Spa Le Germain de Charlevoix, with the history of this place, the creation of Baie-Saint-Paul and the event that shaped the Charlevois territory more than 400 million years old.

You will be driven towards the mountains, towards Saint-Urbain, where we will visit two producers in the region. You will have the chance to rub shoulders with extraordinary animals, meet passionate producers and learn more about the region.
